Why Homeward Heart exists
Behind every foreclosure notice, eviction, or hotel room paid night-to-night, there’s a real story. A veteran who came home to a different kind of battle. A family wiped out by a medical event or a run of bad luck. Homeward Heart Foundation® was created to stand in that gap — where numbers meet real lives.
What we focus on
- Stabilizing housing – short-term assistance and partnerships that help keep a roof overhead while longer-term plans are put in place.
- Bridging the funding gap – connecting qualified families and veterans to resources, sponsors, and aligned investors.
- Financial rehab – education, coaching, and negotiated solutions aimed at rebuilding credit and confidence.
Mission: To help veterans and families transition
from survival mode back to a place they can proudly call home — with
dignity, stability, and a real shot at generational change.
How the real estate side plugs in
As investors and problem-solvers, we see distressed properties and distressed people every day. Homeward Heart Foundation® takes a portion of profits from select projects, plus voluntary contributions from our investor network, and channels those funds into:
- Move-in assistance and security deposits
- Short-term housing while restructuring a deal or loan
- Partnerships with vetted nonprofits and service providers
Homeward Heart Foundation® is currently operated as a private mission
initiative of CJJV Real Estate Investing, LLC. Certain donations or
contributions may not be tax-deductible at this time. Always consult
